What we will cover:Module 1: Develop a “manager mindset”; which includes developing self-awareness, and fully understanding the role of manager in the current context. Special attention is paid to the specific context of each participant with the unique challenges that creates.
Module 2: Focus on self-management, building personal resilience, and responses to change, managing time and energy and boundary setting. In this module the participants will explore their own personal triggers and challenges, and develop techniques to help them to manage those in the possible extremes of the current environment. Module 3: Communication: what works, what doesn't, personal strengths and communication challenges, how to leverage the former and mitigate the latter. New and emerging challenges will be explored, and each participant will determine how to facilitate effective communication in the face of change and uncertainty. Module 4: Develop and get the most from the team in both a face-to-face and virtual environments. Learn to manage and support others and help them in times of rapid change. Build a team, keep the team focused, informed and inspired even if the way they have to work together has changed or is changing to a virtual or remote environment. |
