MANAGE BETTER
The unwritten rules that everyone expects you to know

In these uncertain times, organizations are dealing with massive change. This is affecting the whole organization and every individual within it. Inexperienced managers are not only trying to develop their skills as managers, figure out their role and grow into their new responsibilities, they are now also trying to deal with the stress of rapid change at a personal level and help others to do the same. All of this while trying to remain energized, motivated and productive, and help other to do the same.

Every time someone leaves your organization because of an incompetent boss, it costs you 30% to 150% of their salary to replace them. And on top of that, there are costs in time, overall productivity and for unnecessary mistakes. How much are you spending each year because your inexperienced managers don’t have the skills, tools and support they need?

There are always many benefits to cultivating and developing managers within your organization. But many new mangers struggle in their role, costing the organization in time, overall productivity and unnecessary mistakes. Your organization will benefit from helping all inexperienced managers to accelerate their journey to becoming effective. Right now accelerated development and focus on the right things will be critical in having a successful journey through the next few months and beyond.
