I am really glad, I had an opportunity to attend your “Manage Better” program. The content presented was well balanced with lecture-type presentation videos and remotely delivered classroom-work groups setup.
The content was appropriately portioned and spaced to allow busy managers and supervisors to take advantage of self-learning and group discussed delivery.
I personally enjoyed a reminder of some basic leadership and managerial concepts, especially well structured, as I call it “Role of the Manager – the Bucket List”; Boundary Setting and Delegation.
I think, I am taking away from this training course a lot of well-structured ideas for the future, which I have already started to re-introduce to my team and already seeing some positive responses to e.g. goal setting and job description discussions.
I also enjoyed our one-on-one coaching opportunity and I am really glad I scheduled it to be face-to-face, as this is my preferred kind of communication. I am still reviewing the reading

I found the Manage Better course extremely beneficial. It was a needed refresher for some of the concepts I have learned on similar courses in the past, and at the same time, a brand new approach geared for today with new leadership tips and tools. Sheila was phenomenal in the way she structured and taught the course. From use of Zoom technology enabling us to sit in our offices individually as well as break out into groups, to the whole group getting together at the end and finally to the one on one coaching session with Sheila, I would highly recommend this course.

I recently attended Sheila’s “Manage Better” course and found it very informative and insightful. Particularly in a world that can be unnecessarily complex, it was refreshing to have such an important subject simplified.
Overall, very valuable training. The content was very useful and forced me to think about (and even rethink) my management style.
